Driver Selection
The right drivers make all the difference when it comes to fleet safety. By establishing your safety policy and program upfront, potential drivers can immediately see what’s expected of them and what they can expect from their employer. By signing a driver agreement, a driver agrees to respect and follow:

  • Safety performance expectations
  • Company policies and procedures
  • Maintenance responsibilities
  • Accident reporting procedures
